Solo per Due - the smallest restaurant in the world

OLIVE OIL,

used by the gladiators to confront the rigours of the arena and by Christians as a symbol, confronting life, earthly and eternal. Delicious too. Olive oil has deep roots in human culture.

In Sabina this tree has been cultivated for centuries an activity to which the area around Vacone has always been a backdrop: the discovery of a perfectly conserved Roman olive press in the area bears witness to the presence of a Roman Fundus. This ancient agricultural estate covered most of the lands around the outlying structures.

Solo Per Due is now offering "OLEUM", extra-virgin olive oil from Sabina, from a small olive grove on this very land, the land of our history.
This product thus becomes a precious gift, to sample with pleasure and with parsimony.
